Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Book with a deposit, pay the balance on the day, and cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before pickup. Park fees paid to Kenya Wildlife Service follow KWS rules.
Deposit
We confirm a booking when we receive a deposit of 30% of the tour price. We send payment details on WhatsApp or email with your confirmation.
Balance
The balance is due before the tour starts, on the day of pickup or earlier.
If you cancel

No-shows
If you are not at the pickup point within 30 minutes of the agreed time and we cannot reach you, the booking counts as a no-show and the deposit is not refunded.
Kenya Wildlife Service park fees
Park fees are paid to Kenya Wildlife Service on KWSPay, not to us. Once paid, we cannot refund them; any refund or date change is a matter for KWS under its own terms.
Weather and the park
Game drives run in light rain. If heavy rain, flooding or a park closure makes the drive unsafe or impossible, we offer a new date or a full refund of our tour price.
If we cancel
If we have to cancel for any reason, you get a full refund of everything you paid us, or a new date if you prefer.
