People who may not pay the standard fee

KWS visitor information has long exempted some visitors, including young children, older Kenyan citizens, and persons with disabilities who carry the card KWS accepts. The eCitizen form is the place that applies the exemption. Do not assume a child is free, or that a resident card will be accepted, until the payment screen says so.
