The terms that apply when you book a game drive or tour with us.

About these terms
These terms apply to every tour booked with Nairobi National Park Tours ("we", "us"). By confirming a booking you accept them, together with our deposit and cancellation policy.
Bookings and confirmation
A booking is confirmed when we confirm availability in writing (WhatsApp or email) and any deposit requested has been received. Please check names, dates, pickup point and group size in our confirmation.
Prices and what they include
Tour prices are shown per group or per person as stated on each page and include the vehicle, fuel, driver-guide and the pickup stated. Park and attraction entry fees, meals, drinks, tips and personal costs are not included unless the tour page says so. Kenya Wildlife Service and attraction fees are set by those bodies and can change; you pay the rate in force on the day.
Payment
We confirm payment methods and any deposit when you book. Park fees are paid on KWSPay (eCitizen) by M-Pesa or card.
Changes and cancellations
Cancellations, refunds and date changes follow our deposit and cancellation policy.
Changes by us
Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed. Routes may change because of weather, road conditions, park instructions or animal movements. If we must cancel a tour, we offer a new date or a refund of money paid to us.
Park rules and conduct
Guests must follow Kenya Wildlife Service rules and our driver-guide's instructions, including staying in the vehicle except at designated places. See park rules. We may end a tour without refund if a guest puts people or wildlife at risk.
Pickup and timing
Please be ready at the agreed pickup time. Gates open at 06:00 and close at 18:00. If you are late we will wait as long as the day allows, but time lost is not refunded.
Health, insurance and documents
You are responsible for your own travel documents, eTA, health precautions and travel insurance. Tell us about medical conditions or mobility needs that affect the tour.
Liability
We take reasonable care in running our tours. We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our control, by third parties such as park authorities, airlines or hotels, or by a guest ignoring instructions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Kenyan law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
